Big Malik of KKC alias Hon. Big Malik Shika-Doliba share his ideas concerning Reality shows in the North.
On The Big Entertainment Show, 31st July, 2024 at Suhupielli FM, while interviewing one of the Products of this Reality Shows, "Y-Sham" , he gave an important message.
According to him, most talent Show or Reality show in the North has lost their main aim of their initiatives.
These reality shows come up with the idea of nurturing talent and at the end of the day they fail to do so.
If reality show Organizers channel their energy on making money rather than projecting and promoting talented people, they will fail woefully.
He Big Malik, suggested that, the Grand prize of this shows shouldn't just be a Car, Motorbike or a House.
The organizers should create Promotional packages for the winners of the show.
He sited an example, As a Grand winner of a reality show like "Chop Da Mic" or "North Got Talent", the Organizers of this Talent program should find ways of letting the artist record a good single in one of the best
Studios in Town and Make sure it's been promoted for months.
They should link the artist to other artists to hop on a Collaboration that will help create relevancy around the Artist who has just won the Reality Show.
Big Malik was citing all this, while "Y-Sham" was in the Studio with him.
He asked weather Y-Sham had a plan of going back to those reality shows. His reply was a big no.
Y-Sham who was a victim, lost his third place in North Got Talent (N.G.T) after he was announced as third (2nd Runner Up) on the Grand Finale, due to His insufficient votes.

Big Malik finalize this by saying that, had it not being because of the Voting "Y-Sham" would have been declared the winner.
These reality shows focus on making money rather than promoting the real talent.
That is why Reality shows don't last, until they truly come with the idea of nurturing real talent, they will always be a flop.
The KKC
Big Malik & Big Adams, who are Legends in the music industry in Northern Ghana.
They are known to be the pioneers of Hiplife and Hip-hop in Northern Region of Ghana.
Today we still have Big Malik in the industry as a Radio Entertainment Presenter at Suhupielli FM in Tamale, who has promised to keep pushing the young talents in the music industry.
Unfortunately, Big Adams is no more. He pass away years ago.
